Payment by debit/credit card. At the time of appointment you can choose

CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be CANCELLED 48 hours prior to

appointment date. If not $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Applies to ALL

cancellations including Same Day. No REFUNDS issued.

 

LATE POLICY: if you are more than 20 minutes late we cannot guarantee you

will receive service.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: Your deposit will be forfeited and your card will be

charged 20% of the service charge.

WAIVERS: All forms must be completed prior to appointment date.
